Jonathan Kessler has spent more than a decade in the facility management industry. Having worked in both, sales and operations, he recognizes the need for a leveled back-end of operations as well as the amount of strategic implementation that goes into sales growth.

Jeff Logan has a keen eye for business opportunities, and his experience in commercial real estate helps him discern between different property needs and identify potential areas of improvement. He ensures that Guardian adheres to the quality it promises and oversees New Jersey operations, client-relationship management, tracks new markets and emerging trends, and simultaneously helps Guardian adapt to market changes. Michael is responsible for all aspects of our Mid-Atlantic operations. His purview includes the hiring, training, compliance assurance, and general oversight of all local employees, as well as facilitating the account start-up process. He also oversees the day-to-day operation on all levels, to include client relations and retention, quality control, and business development. Michael is a strong communicator and brings more than 11 years of experience in hospitality and real estate/facilities services and specializes in transitioning new properties for contract compliance and client satisfaction.

Bernice is an experienced administrator with over 25 years’ experience and strong background in the facility service industry. In her role at Guardian, Ms. Ruiz, works with external and internal customers on both the marketing and operations side. Bernice joined Guardian in 2012 and currently holds the position of Vice President, Administration and is a key member of the management team. Throughout her career, she has held various Marketing and Operations positions in this industry since 1995.

In her role at Guardian, Ms. Ruiz, works with external and internal customers on both the marketing and operations side. Bernice joined Guardian in 2012 and currently holds the position of Vice President, Administration and is a key member of the management team. Samuel “Sandy” Herzfeld joined Guardian in 1973. He is the Co-Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Guardian and is involved in the day-to-day operations of the company. He is responsible for overseeing the company’s technological developments, quality control programs, policies and procedures.

Allen Fredericks, who joined Guardian in 2007 as Chief Financial Officer, brings extensive and broad-based experience in all aspects of accounting, internal controls, business management, and profit improvement initiatives. Both an MBA and CMA, he has had great success with start-up and re-engineering financial functions, establishing sound financial and business policy and partnering with senior management to achieve business goals.

The solution is delivered via the Internet to your standard browser. There is no hardware to buy or software to install. You will be provided with a login and password enabling access to the data.

Additionally, Guardian Go is our internal Customer-relationship management (CRM) system that manages our interaction with current and potential customers.
